Bhavnagari Gathiya ki Sabji

Ingredients

Water - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 tspn
Salt - to taste
Haldi - 1/5 tspn
Red mirchi - 1/2 tspn
Green chilli paste - 1/4 tspn
Hing - a pinch
Jeera - 1/3 tspn
Dhaniya Powder - 1/2 tspn
Garam Masala - A pinch

Recipe

1. Put some oil in a pan and once it is a lil bit hot, add some jeera and hing to it
2. Then green chilli and all the other masalas
3. Then add water to it and let it boil for 2 mins.
4. Once the water is boiled, ad Ganthiya to it and let it cook for 1 min.
5. Your Ganthiya ki Sabji is ready to gulp on
