Snappy Spring Role

Ingredients

Snappy Noodles - 1 packet
Water as required
Oil - 1 teaspoon for veggies and 1 cup approx for fryin
Ginger, garlic and chilli paste - 1 teaspoon
Soya Sauce - 1 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Veggies - Capsicum, carrot, onion - grated
Maida - 1/2 cup

Recipe

1. Make a dough of maida of rotis of spring roll and roast it on tawa and keep it aside
2. Take water in pan and add snappy masala and snappy noodles in it and cook it for 3 mins approx
3. Now in a pan, take some oil and add ginger, garlic and chilli paste in it
4. Then add other veggies as per taste in it
5. Once they are cooked add some salt and soya sauce
6. Now add Snappy Noodles in it
7. Keep it aside till it cools down
8. Now take the rotis and keep some stuffing inside it and roll into rolls Take oil in a pan and heat it
9. Fry the spring rolls till they turn golden brown
10. Serve it when hot to get the yummy taste of snappy noodle spring roll
